Residents already report problems to you by phone, chat and social media. Tambuli puts those reports in one place, with evidence, and keeps a public record of what happened next.
Each report comes with a photo, a category, the barangay and city, coordinates where the resident shared them, the date and time, and how many neighbours have confirmed it. Nothing has to be re-typed or chased.
When a report is ready, Tambuli emails your office from contact@tambuli.org with the evidence and a link to the public report. If there is no answer, Tambuli follows up, and says so on the record.
The public report shows every contact in the order it happened: who Tambuli wrote to, when it was sent, any follow-ups, and your office's reply with the date and time you gave it. A reply is quoted as written, never summarised, and it is shown even when it is a plain “acknowledged”.
This is the point of the record, not a side effect. A quick, clear reply reads well for the office. A report that has been forwarded and never answered reads the same way, and a resident can see which one it is.
Offices that want to answer directly can be given a workspace, an inbox of the reports in their own city or municipality. It can be searched, filtered by status and barangay, and exported as a spreadsheet.
Staff can mark a report opened, acknowledged, in progress or done, with a short note. The activity, the note and the completion date appear on the public report under your office's name. Cost, funding source and evidence links are private to your office and Tambuli.
Access is by invitation, scoped to one city or municipality, and given to named staff with read-only or edit rights.
Tambuli is an independent project. It is not a government service and is not affiliated with any LGU. It does not replace your hotline, and it is not an emergency service.
Only Tambuli decides when a report is marked Resolved, after checking the evidence. An office saying the work is done is shown as exactly that: the office's statement. Reports cannot be edited or removed by an LGU.
Tell us your office and the area you cover through the contact form, and choose LGU coordination. We will arrange a short call and, if it makes sense, set up a workspace for your staff.
